Baby Diaper Cake in a superhero baby theme would be created using 30 Pampers Swaddlers diapers sz. 1. Secured to a 8" bakery cake plate. Diapers would be wrapped with superhero grosgrain ribbon, this will vary from the picture and will coordinate with chosen baby. Bottom tier embellished with a superhero baby. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred. Would measure approx. 8" x 15" to the top of the superhero baby bottle topper - again you get to select the initial or symbol for the superbaby you choose (leave a note on checkout if you want the symbol or initial and the super baby girl chosen)
