Baby Diaper Cake in a ladybugs theme would be created using 50 Pampers Swaddlers sz. 1 diapers. Attached to a 14" faux silver scalloped edge cake plate, wrapped with red grosgrain ribbon and layered with some ladybug grosgrain ribbon. Tier tops decorated with red, black & white mixed paper shred, the middle with baby block and a baby. Inside has a ladybug bottle, and I will include a lady bug teether (not pictured). Wrapped in cellophane, tied with red, black & white curling ribbons, a party favor & gift tag. Would measure approx. 11"x 15" to the top of the bottle with a paper flower attached.
