Baby Diaper Cake with a boys theme would be created with 50 Luvs diapers sz. 1 (8-14 lbs.), and 3 of my handmade 2 ply flannel burp cloths 2 blue polka dots and 1 with blue stripes. Attached to a 12" scalloped edge cake plate the diapers were wrapped with the burp cloths, layered with navy, green and it's a boy! ribbons (this can be modified if you want different colors). Front of the middle tier is embellished with a cardstock circle, It's a boy. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred, a baby powder, teether, and spoon. Wrapped in protective cellophane, tied with mixed curling ribbons & a gift tag. Would measure approx. 11"x 16" to the top of the baby socks (these will vary).
