Baby Diaper Cake in a Zoo Animals theme would be created with 85 Luvs sz 1 diapers, 2 of my handmade 2-ply flannel burp cloths in polka dots (you can choose from blue, orange, or lime polks dots) and 1 flannel backed 2-ply burpcloth with zoo print. Attached to a 16" cake board/plate, wrapped with the burp cloths, and layered with ribbons I have on hand with a zoo animal at the center of the bow. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred, and embellished with assorted baby items that I have on hand similar to the picture, there are more items on back (if you have questions please ask) ie: pacifier, washcloths, socks, teethers, spoons, zoo animal rattles, baby powder, baby shampoo, baby lotion, desitin, teething rings, and a bathtub toy. Wrapped in protective white plastic bag as my cellophane is not big enough for such a large diaper cake. Would measure approx. 15 "x 18" to the top of the zoo animal baby rattle..
