Baby Diaper Cake in a elephants theme would be created using 50 Luvs sz 1 diapers, 3 of my handmade 2-ply flannel backed burp cloths & a handmade elephant baby rattle I sewed on the machine. Attached to a 12" black swirls edged cake plate and layered with gray, yellow & elephants grosgrain ribbons. Tier tops are decorated with gray, yellow & white mixed paper shred, the middle embellished with the yellow eared gray elephant rattle I created. Wrapped in cellophane, tied with gray, yellow & white mixed curling ribbons, a party favor & gift tag. Would measure approx 11 1/2" x 14" to the cake topper.
