Baby Diaper Cake in a Sparkly Pink Teddy Bear theme would be created using 50 Luvs diapers sz. 1 (8-14 lbs.), 3 of my handmade 2-ply burp cloths that could be solid pink or I have other pink prints where I could add a print to the top 2 tiers or the bottom tier, let me know at checkout. Attached to a 12" faux silver scalloped edge cake plate the diapers would be wrapped with the burp cloths, then layered gold satin ribbon. Tier tops were decorated with mixed paper shred, and a few pink flowers - I will use what I have on hand. You cannot tell from the picture but I would take the entire creation outside and spray it with very fine sparkles so it would glitter & then I would add some rhinestones. Wrapped in protective cellophane, decorated with mixed curling ribbons & a gift tag. Would measure approx. 11"x 15" to the top of the flowers or large acrylic pink party favor pacifier I would place on the top.
