Baby Diaper Cake in a super hero theme would each be created using 5 Pampers Swaddlers sz 1 diapers, and a superhero cupcake topper that I created using glossy photo paper and cardstock. Attached to a 6" faux silver cake plate, the diapers would be wrapped with superhero splat ribbon. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred. Each would measure approx. 6" wide and 7-8" to the top of the cake topper. The toppers will have to be poked back into the core after delivery.
