Baby Diaper Cake in a Country Western Sherriff Horse theme would be created with 50 Luvs sz. 1 diapers, and three of my handmade 2-ply flannel backed burp cloths one in red horseshoe & two with a country western theme. Attached to a 12" scalloped edge cake plate, then wrapped with burp cloths, layered with red gingham ribbon. Embellished with country western embellishments like the picture. Tier tops would be decorated with mixed paper shred, wrapped in protective cellophane decorated with mixed curling ribbons, a party favor, and a gift tag. Would measure approx. 11"x 18" to the top of the plush hore I made into a baby rattle by opening added the noise maker, extra polyfil and sewed it back up.
