Baby Diaper Cake in a Country Western theme would be created using 50 Luvs sz. 1 diapers, and three of my 2-ply handmade burp cloths - 2 in a western print and one in a faded flannel denim. Attached to a 12" scalloped edge cake plate, then wrapped with burp cloths, layered with kahki ribbon and boots & hats satin ribbon. Top tier embellished with a lucky horseshoe, bottom a hat and boots (I handcut on photo paper & cardstock by simplycreatedesigns.etsy.com) Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred. Wrapped in protective cellophane decorated with mixed curling ribbons, a party favor, and a gift hang tag. Would measures approx. 11"x 17" to the top of the handmade cowboy rope (you will have to poke back in place after delivery).
