Baby diaper cake for twins or a gender reveal would be created with 50 Luvs sz 1 diapers & 4 of my handmade 2-ply flannel burpcloths. Attached to a 12" cake plate the diapers were wrapped with the burpcloths and layered with ribbons & embellished with twin ducks on the second tier. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred. Wrapped in cellophane and tied with mixed curling ribbons. Measures approx. 12" x 14" to the top of the burpcloth cupcake on top.
