Baby Diaper Cakes with an Aliens theme would created using 50 Luvs diapers sz. 1, 3 of my handmade flannel backed burp cloths, and a alien baby rattle I would make on my sewing machine (stitching different from the picture). Secured to a 12" scalloped edge cake plate the diapers would be wrapped with the burp cloths. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred, the middle tier with a alien baby rattle. Wrapped in protective cellophane, tied with mixed curling ribbons & a gift tag. Would measure approx. 11" x 19" to the top of the alien cake topper.
