This is a package deal to add some baby items to the diaper cake. I would use items I have on hand and that would blend with the diaper cake. Sample of items: pair of booties or socks, pacifier, teether, Johnson's products - powder & shampoo, washcloths, toy, and a spoon...this all depends on the colors and theme so these vary per order. These would be displayed on the outside of the diaper cake. If it is already embellished with baby items then this listing would increase the size of the diaper cake.
