Baby Diaper Cake in a Country Pink Paisley Pony theme was created with 50 Luvs sz. 1 diapers, 3 handmade 2-ply flannel burp cloths, 2 in pink paisley and 1 faux denim flannel. Attached to a 14" scalloped edge cake plate, the diapers were wrapped with the burp cloths and layered with pink and it's a girl ribbons. Tier tops decorated with pinks, black & white mixed paper shred, the middle tier hs a pink paisley pony, pacifier, baby powder, baby lotion, washcloth, spoon. Wrapped in protective cellophane decorated with mixed curling ribbons, a party favor, and a gift tag. Measures approx. 11 1/2" x 16" to the top of the pink cowgirl hat.
