Baby Diaper Cake in a pink, purple & white butterflies theme would be created using 66 Luvs Sz 1 diapers & 3 handmade 2-ply flannel burp cloths (will be different fabric as I ran out of what is pictured).. Attached to a 14" faux silver scalloped edge cake plate, layered with pink, purple & white ribbons. Embellished with some baby items like a pacifier, spoon, wash cloths, booties, baby powder, baby shampoo & some scrapbook embellishments that I have on hand & some nylon wired butterflies. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred, wrapped in protective cellophane, decorated with mixed curling ribbons, and a gift tag. Measures approx. 12" x 17" to the top of the cake topper used - this will vary.
