Baby Diaper Cake in a polka dots theme for a girl would be created using 50 Luvs sz. 1 diapers & 3 of my handmade 2-ply flannel burp cloths in polka dots print. Attached to a 12" cake plate, the diapers would be wrapped with the burp cloths and layered with grosgrain ribbon & it's a girl! ribbon. Tier fronts would be embellished with some scrap booking items as in the picture. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred, there are 3D stickers on the sides around the diaper cake. Wrapped in protective cellophane, decorated with mixed curling ribbons, a party favor, and a gift hang tag. Would measure approx. 11" x 15" to the top of the acrylic party favor pacifier.
